TradieBack ("we", "us", "our") provides website, software platform, and marketing services for trade businesses across New Zealand and Australia. We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information with care.

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services or as required by law. Audit form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. If you become a client, we retain your information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes.
